MightyUninstaller is a suite of system maintenance tools. As the name suggests, there is a strong emphasis on application uninstallation, but there are other tools available as well, such as a system cleaner, a "forcible deleter", threat cleaner and startup cleaner, and some tools that help you optimize your registry and get rid of caches and the like. I should point out that the trial version of this app doesn't really uninstall applications unless you register the app, so I couldn't test any of the features.
When you run the application, you will see five buttons on the toolbar on the left. Those are Home Page, Software Uninstall, Mighty Uninstaller, Advanced Uninstall and Advanced Tools. Software Uninstall displays a list of all your installed programs and you can click on a button to remove them one by one (no batch support). Mighty Uninstaller should help you get rid of stubborn apps that you can't delete by using their uninstallation wizard or this app. The other option, Advanced Uninstall, is for registered users. From what I could gather, you submit a problem that you have with a program, and the developers of the app get back to you within 36 hours to solve your problem. The last button, Advanced Tools, includes all the system maintenance apps.
